The R200 Tradition Edition - modernity meets alpine tradition
The final event of the Bergland Culinary Autumn is dedicated to tradition, reimagined and masterfully prepared by guest chefs Thomas Kluckner and Waal Sterneberg from ‘Zomm’ in Seefeld. They combine age-old recipes with creative, contemporary approaches, ensuring a flavorful journey through Alpine cuisine—always under the motto of the R200 concept.
