The R200 Forest and Freshwater Edition
In the second week, Bergland Sölden is all about pure nature. Guest chef Lukas Klotz from Sölden reinterprets regional specialities from the forests and freshwater of the Alps. Look forward to local game dishes and freshly caught fish - refined using innovative techniques. The combination of regional products and innovative preparation makes this evening a special culinary experience.
