A culinary journey between tradition & modernity
As well as
From 24 October to mid-November, Bergland Sölden is transformed into a culinary paradise! Every week, everything revolves around new culinary themes that combine tradition with international influences. On Fridays, an exclusive main event heralds the start of each themed week.
Under the motto ‘as well as’, guests experience an exciting mix of regional delicacies and international flavours - refined with ingredients from the R200 circle.
Japan
The R200 Japan Edition
24.10. & 31.10.2024
The month of indulgence begins with a special highlight: the flavours of Japan conquer the mountains! Guest chef Kensaku Katagiri brings his masterful fusion of Japanese tradition and modern influences straight from the Alps to your plate. External guests are invited to an exclusive dinner on 24.10. & 31.10.2024. Regional products, inspired by Japanese techniques, are the focus of the ‘R200 Japan Edition’.
The R200 Forest and River Edition - The treasures of nature
08.11.2024
In the second week, Bergland Sölden is all about pure nature. Guest chef Lukas Klotz from Sölden reinterprets regional specialities from the forests and rivers of the Alps. Look forward to local game dishes and freshly caught fish - refined using innovative techniques. The Bergland R200 concept plays a central role here: all ingredients come from a maximum radius of 200 kilometres. The combination of regional products and innovative preparation makes this evening a special culinary experience that brings the power of nature directly to your plate.
The R200 Tradition Edition - modernity meets alpine tradition
15.11.2024
The final event of the Bergland Genuss-Herbst is dedicated to tradition, rethought and masterfully prepared by guest chefs Thomas Kluckner and Waal Sterneberg from the ‘Zomm’ in Seefeld. They combine age-old recipes with creative, contemporary approaches and ensure a flavourful journey through Alpine cuisine - always under the motto of the R200 concept, which guarantees the highest level of regionality. The evening is accompanied by selected winegrowers from the R200 circle.
